Price Tag for KEYT Sale Listed at $14.25 Million

Missouri-based News-Press Gazette Co. paid a base price of $14.25 million for KEYT, the Central Coast’s ABC affiliate television station, according to the asset agreement filed with the Federal Communications Commission. Arlington Home Sales Up in August; Single-Family, Condo Prices Post Increase

Despite a mixed message on sales prices, total home sales across Arlington in August rose 6.6 percent from a year before, and inventory continued to be significantly lower than a year ago.
