NASHVILLE (AP) - The state elections director says Green Party candidates in Tennessee won't be listed on the agency's website until Aug. 30. Danvers selectmen call for licenses at Archer events

  In recent years, members of the Board of Selectmen noticed that more and more events were being held at 10 North St., the home of John Archer. A private judicial enforcer has listed for sale 50% of severely financially troubled largest non-ferrous metal works, the Lead and Zinc Complex (LZC, OTzK) in Kardzhali. The sale surfaced Saturday on the website of private enforser Rosen Sirakov, and is effective for a month starting Monday. The enforcer has taken up the measure after OTzK's main creditor, Bulgarian First Investment Bank won a court case against the factory and obtained a court order. Black Galaxy S3 listed at Carphone Warehouse

Just a couple of days ago a black Galaxy S3 popped up on Samsung's Facebook page. Well now Carphone Warehouse has a black S3 listed in its inventory, adding fuel to the rumour fire that we'll see the S3 in a new colour soon. A product listed as "Samsung Galaxy S3 Black" is listed in Carphone Warehouse's internal product database, Android Police reports.
