A prime piece of downtown real estate went back on the market last week. A half-acre vacant lot at the corner of Ninth Street and Wesley Avenue is listed at $3.25 million, according to owner Matt Dice. The property was formerly home to the landmark Strand Hotel and Bookers Restaurant. Hong Kong’s market regulator approved a long awaited Hong Kong-listed ETF sponsored by China Asset Management that will give investors direct access to shares  listed on both the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges, according to a report in the Financial Times.
