Parramatta 1851 Georgian mansion Endrim listed

One of North Parramatta’s oldest buildings, an 1851-built Victorian Georgian-style home, has been listed for sale. Endrim, on the corner of Sorrell and Harold streets, is a seven-bedroom home built for the Reverend William Gore of the nearby All Saints Church. The heritage-listed sandstone property, on 3,700 square metres of land, was designed by James Houison and Nathaniel Payten. Business process outsourcing company WNS Holdings Ltd. reported a sharp rise in net profit in the first quarter ended June 30 over the year ago period even as revenue and profit shrunk sequentially over the fourth quarter of FY12. The company also announced the resignation of its chief financial officer Alok Misra.
