Historic office building Downtown listed for $4.2M

The five-story office building at 342 Massachusetts Ave. has been put up for sale for $4.2 million.

Summit Real Estate is the listing broker for the 45,820-square-foot Downtown building, which houses a law firm and other tenants and has 95 parking spaces.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the building was built in 1906.
