2 Wichita men plead in connection with listing stolen goods for sale online

WICHITA, Kan. — Two Wichita men have pleaded guilty to charges stemming from allegations that they listed stolen goods for sale online. U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom says in a release Monday that 23-year-old Jordan Smith pleaded guilty to two counts of wire fraud. He says 21-year-old Thomas Griffin pleaded guilty to one count of aiding and abetting wire fraud. Hong Kong is among global tax havens where the super-rich stashed between US$21 trillion (HK$163.8 trillion) and US$32 trillion by the end of 2010. Number of Foreclosure-Bound Homes Down in L.A. County

The number of Los Angeles County homes slipping toward foreclosure dropped by 6.1 percent in the second quarter of 2012, compared to the same period last year, a real estate information service reported today. In the first quarter of 2012 the numbers of homes slipping toward foreclosure dropped by 18 percent.
