The Federal government of Nigeria has explained why the United States government, on Thursday, listed Abubakar Shekau, Abubakar Adam Kambar, and Khalid al-Barnawi who are the leaders of Boko Haram as Specially Designated Global Terrorists under section 1(b) of Executive Order 13224. Suspect in police chase listed in fair condition

SAN ANGELO, Texas — Amanda Jeffreys, the woman accused of stealing a pickup truck, leading police on a chase and crashing into the downtown police station Wednesday night, is in fair condition, an improvement from Thursday when she was listed as serious.
