British multimedia sports content distributor Perform Group plc (LON:PER) said on Wednesday it will take over Swiss real-time sports data provider RunningBall Holding AG for a maximum of EUR120m (USD152.5m) in cash and stock. home prices edge up with fewer listings

With fewer houses competing for buyers, the median price edged up from $115,000 in March to $116,00 in April. Last month's mid-point price was up 10 percent from a year ago.
