Atlantic and Cape May counties see existing home sales rise 17 percent in April

Sales of existing homes and condos in Atlantic and Cape May counties increased 17 percent in April from a year ago, continuing a positive trend from the start of the year, according to data from the local Multiple Listing Service. Existing home sales and home prices ticked up in April
