A few days ago we heard that Samsung planned to delay the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 and 10.1, citing software issues with Ice Cream Sandwich that needed to be fixed. Samsung did say that they intended the tablets to be a bit friendlier on the wallet, and a new listing seems to confirm that.
