A municipal ward in West Delhi has houses with more than 100 voters registered on a single address, raising worries about bogus voters just three days before this Sunday’s municipal elections. THE council has launched an investigation into claims unauthorised changes may have been made to a grade-two listed vicarage in the Amman Valley.
