Builders have started converting a Grade II-listed building in Royston, despite not having the correct planning permission. “Brutalist” main building at St Fagans given listed status

SOME people believe the main building at the National History Museum of Wales in St Fagans is a prime example of “1960s brutalist” architecture that deserves to be demolished. Orlando home prices on rise

The median price of all home and condo resales last month in the core Orlando market was $110,000, up 1.8 percent from a month earlier and a 16 percent increase from February 2011, according to a report released Wednesday by the Orlando Regional Realtor Association.The number of houses on the market continued a steady decline that began in July 2010, when 16,563 properties were listed for sale.
