A Highland couple has been indicted on more charges in an alleged real estate fraud scheme that involved using straw buyers and inflated appraisals to obtain loans in excess of what the houses were actually selling for. House prices are expected to fall

HOUSE prices in the Midlands have failed to increase for a year-and-a-half – and are expected to fall. Property analyst Hometrack's study found that house prices remained flat in January, following a 0.2 per cent decrease in December and November.
