Baby run over by car listed in critical condition

A Columbus toddler who police say was hit by a car on Saturday is listed in critical condition at Scottish Rite. Police say the 16-month-old was playing in the driveway of a home on 23rd Street when she was run over by a Ford Explorer. According to police reports, her father, 26-year-old Anthony Alvarado told police the SUV accidentally went into gear when he left the child unattended outside. Strong property sales but prices lower

Auckland's biggest real estate agency recorded its strongest January in four years but prices were still down on December. Barfoot Thompson's data for last month showed 683 sales, down on December's 714, and prices down from December's $573,071 to $529,768.
