Middle East fund to be listed on AIM

Abu Dhabi Capital Management (ADCM) has announced that it is to list an investment fund focused on the Middle East on AIM. Qannas Investments, managed by ADCM, will take the form of a newly-established closed-end investment vehicle and will invest in under-valued equities and debt instruments in countries within the Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC) region. Winston-Salem City Council agrees to sell two parking decks downtown – Winston

A publicly owned parking garage at Liberty and Second streets downtown will be sold to BBT, and another public parking deck will be listed for sale, the Winston-Salem City Council decided last night. Prices stable as area home sales rise
