ReneSola Ltd. (ADR) (NYSE:SOL) is the most oversold U.S.-listed Chinese stock on Dec. 27. It was down 10.2% on the day. SOL's upside potential is 90.7% based on brokerage analysts' average target price of $2.86. It is trading at 11.3% of its 52-week high of $13.25, and 3.4% above its 52-week low of $1.45. Court fines brewery over pub renovation

A Shropshire brewery which renovated a dilapidated Grade II listed pub without permission has been fined after a court heard a historic staircase was ripped out without consent. Market Drayton-based Joules Brewery carried out the work at the Royal Oak pub in Eccleshall, near Newport, even though no planning permission was in place.
