LONDON | Thu Sep 8, 2011 7:51am BST LONDON (Reuters) - Housebuilder Redrow (RDW.L) posted annual pretax profit ahead of expectations, thanks to a 10 percent rise in selling prices, but warned the outlook for the property market is challenging.
