Colonial premium on $395m office tower sale

COLONIAL First State Property's listed Commonwealth Property Office Fund has agreed to sell a Sydney office tower for $395 million to a private investor. Houses where registered sex-offenders live cannot be used on election day for polling places under a measure signed into law Wednesday by Gov. Jerry Brown.
