The new listing from seller "jtmaxo" is set to expire on July 11. New Zealand property market sees dip in listings

There were 9,111 new properties listed across New Zealand in June, down from 9,898 in May. The level of unsold houses on the market at the end of June was 47,738 down from 48,352 in May and 50,398 in April. Liverpool Council given go-ahead for education centre sale

Liverpool Council has been given the go-ahead to sell a Grade II-listed former adult education centre that was closed after it fell into £1.6 million of debt. Burton Manor, in Neston in the Wirral, is to be sold either privately or by auction, after the council received the necessary permission from central government to off-load the loss-making property.
