Television host Regis Philbin has re-listed a Greenwich, Connecticut, house that did not sell when it was first put on the market in 2008, according to the Danbury News-Times.In an indication of just how much house prices have fallen in the last three years, the 6,000-square-foot home is currently listed at $3.8 million, down from the $5.9 million 2008 asking price. Probe call as 17 listed buildings go on fire in five years

An MLA has called for an investigation after it was revealed that 17 listed buildings have gone up in flames in the past five years – with eight of those in the last 12 months alone.
