Group objects to reservoir homes

The Victorian Society said the reservoir was one of Wales' largest listed structures
A heritage group has joined a campaign opposing plans to build more than 300 homes in the basin of Llanishen reservoir in Cardiff.
Reservoir owner Western Power Distribution has been trying for over nine years to build houses in the area.

ITV bids for Rugby World Cup Final coverage
ITV has applied for consent to broadcast exclusive live coverage of the Rugby World Cup Finals Tournament 2011.
The tournament will take place in September and October 2011, with coverage of the group stage beginning on 9 September and ending with the final on 23 October.
In accordance with Ofcom's Code on Sports, the final of the tournament is a Group A event and all other matches are group B listed events. Ofcom's consent is needed for exclusive live coverage of these events.

More Homes Listed and Lingering, Data Show

More homes hit the market in May but asking prices dropped, providing further evidence of a disappointing run for the spring sales season.
Data from Realtor.com show that the number of homes listed for sale increased by 3.5% in May, the largest monthly increase of the year, to around 2.34 million listings. Aisling inquest: Manhole problem listed as ‘non-urgent’
A former employee of the Waitakere City Council has admitted to the inquest into the death of Aisling Symes that there were faults with its customer service system.
The inquest has heard a call about a problem with the manhole cover near Aisling's home was made by a neighbour before she died from falling in the drain in October 2009.
