Grade II-listed Dandra Garth is a four-bedroom ­house in three acres of land and was the home of Walter Harper, 92, who has recently moved into a rest facility. Ushdev Power eyes AIM-listed wind power company

Ushdev Power Holdings, arm of metal trading house Ushdev Industries, is looking to buy out a bankrupt wind power company listed on London's Alternative Investment Market (AIM). Arvind Prasad, managing director of Ushdev Power Holdings, refused to divulge the name of the company they were planning to acquire. The overall Lake Forest home market -- older parts of the city, Foothill Ranch and Portola Hills -- had 289 residences listed for sale as of Jun 9 with 114 new deals opening in the past 30 days.
