The Welsh Assembly election 2011 results are in and Labour says the party has won enough votes to govern in the Cardiff assembly.Labour has taken 30 of the 60 seats – one short of the number it needed to take overall control of the assembly.Labour enjoyed particularly good wins in Cardiff, taking one seat from the Liberal Democrats and one from the Tories.
