Centum confirms Carbacid shares sale

Centum Investment Company Limited, East Africa's largest publicly listed private equity company, has officially announced substantial divesture of its 22% shareholding from the Nairobi Stock Exchange listed Carbacid Investment Ltd. Proxy voting: Sebi asks mutual funds to inform ‘urgently’

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has asked asset management companies (AMCs) to inform it on an “urgent basis” about the steps taken by them with respect to their role in ensuring better corporate governance of listed companies. Sale casts doubt on Allied asset value reports
