New boarding house for Hamilton

Hunter Valley Care has applied to have its former Samdon Street nursing home redeveloped into a boarding house for 24 tenants. Property site Rightmove to list Broadband speeds on homes for sale and rent

Rightmove, the UK’s biggest online property website has teamed up with BT, the UK’s biggest ISP, to list the Internet speeds of around 1 million homes currently listed for sale or rent on its website, according to a report by the Daily Telegraph. It is understood that Rightmove is intending on adding this extra piece of information alongside the standard information you usually get when looking to buy or rent a property, such as how many bedrooms the property may have, or if it has a garage. Rightmove to list broadband speed of all its homes

BT declined to comment. It comes after a survey found that almost three-quarters of house hunters would be "put-off" from buying their dream home if was not hooked-up to high-speed broadband.
