BLOOMINGTON -- The Clark and Barlow hardware store, a downtown fixture for more than 40 years, is for sale but remains open following the death of its longtime owner last year. DC Mountain Lab up for sale

DC Mountain Lab, Park City, Utah. After eight years housing professional snowboarders, hosting parties and serving as a backdrop for photo and video shoots, the DC Mountain Lab is up for sale. DC Shoes co-founder Ken Block, who bought the property in 2003, recently listed it with Sotheby's at an asking price just shy of $7 million. Rightmove are to add the estimated broadband speeds of the 1 million homes that it has listed on it’s website.
