Alachua County department offers two homes for sale

The county's Department of Growth Management is accepting offers for two single-family homes that were recently purchased and repaired through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program.Both of the homes are in Gainesville, one at 3150 NE 12th St. and the other at 1631 S.E. 37th St., and both list for less than $89,000.
