More than half of homes sold in Las Vegas are being purchased with cash

The local housing market has hit a milestone. According to statistics released today by the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® (GLVAR), 51 percent of all existing homes being sold in Southern Nevada are now being purchased with cash.
