Homeowners cut asking prices to sell properties

Some 37.4 per cent of all properties listed for sale on Wednesday have experienced at least one price reduction since coming to the market, up from 36.4 per cent in November, data from Zoopla has shown. Expert: Median price of houses could dip to $100000

The service that lists Phoenix-area homes for sale is expecting the median home-sale price to drop as low as $100,000 during the next three months.
