A federal bankruptcy judge has granted Arrow Trucking Co. bankruptcy trustee Patrick J. Malloy’s request to abandon Arrow’s former corporate offices and training facility in west Tulsa. Governor BobMcDonnell's office released a spreadsheet of potential projects it says his transportation plan could pay for. Gov. On Friday, stock market players were informed belatedly of the BIR’s move in a notice posted on the Web site of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE).
