Redding Rancheria buys medical building – Record

The Redding Rancheria will move its health clinic to a 33,000-square-foot building near Shasta Regional Medical Center that the tribe purchased last month from a group of doctors. Another Madoff home is up for sale in Palm Beach County as Bernie Madoff's sister-in-law looks to unload her 5,400-square-foot home near Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago. Metro home, condo prices up

The median sale price for single-family homes in metro Denver rose 7.3 percent last year to $235,000. Condo sale prices rose marginally, from $135,000 in 2009 to $136,000 last year, according to multiple listing statistics compiled by real estate analyst Gary Bauer.
