Crusaders midfielder Martin Donnelly has been placed on the transfer list after failing to agree contract terms with the Seaview club.Donnelly is out of contract in the summer but may now attract interest from other clubs in the January transfer window. Report: Housing market is level

Home sales dropped slightly, median sale prices rose slightly and Central Virginia’s real estate market appeared to level off in 2010, according to the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors’ year-end report. The CAAR report shows home sales soared early in the first quarter, sparked by an $8,000 federal tax credit for homebuyers. Revised plans submitted for new Heathrow hotel

Rokeby Developments and Scottish businessman and philanthropist, Lord Laidlaw have submitted revised plans for a new Heathrow hotel, in the village of Longford. The revised plans for a hotel at 458-468 Bath Road envisage a smaller hotel of 342 rooms. The original concept was for a 498-room hotel.The plot comprising 452 Bath Road will be redeveloped to provide four new three-bedroom houses. A piece of Tulsa's history is up for sale on E-Bay. Zingo, the roller coaster from Bell's Amusement Park can now be bought by anyone with enough money. It is a name associated strongly with Bell's Amusement Park- Zingo. And this week the roller coaster was listed on e-Bay. MGM Resorts International, the biggest casino owner on the Las Vegas Strip, plans to sell $1.1 billion of senior secured notes as high-yield bonds outperform investment-grade debt for a second consecutive month.
