TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta:Jakarta-State-owned power company PLN promises that by March 2011, everyone wait-listed to have electricity connected to their homes or buildings will be served. Clover to offer shares at 9-12 rand
JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - South African dairy foods maker Clover will list next month and offer shares at between 9 and 12 rand in a bid to raise 500 million rand to fund growth and repay debt, it said on Monday.
Clover, whose brands include Tropika juices, said it planned to suspend the over-the-counter trading of its shares as it prepares to move to the main board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange on December 14.

Schools and workplaces were shut today as heavy snowfall hit the county’s roads again overnight.

Blackstone in talks to ‘buy back Southern Cross’
American buyout firm Blackstone is drawing up plans to buy back troubled care home group Southern Cross, it has been widely reported.
The private equity house is believed to be weighing up an acquisition of the listed operating business and Southern Cross’s property business, the Telegraph has reported.
The company offloaded Southern Cross on to the stock market four years ago, but the care home has been struggling under the weight of rising rents, tight budgets and increasing care costs.
