Oprah lists Jay-Z’s book, Lululemon as some of her favourite things

Talk show host Oprah Winfrey has revealed her list of 'ultimate favourite things', and it includes Jay-Z's new book Decoded, and Lululemon relaxed athletic pants. The cable company has posted a list of haunted houses on Local On Demand channel 411, free to digital cable customers. The listing, titled “CountyHauntedHouses” can be found in the “news and info” category under “events-upcoming.”

Kearney home sales in 2010 nothing to sneeze at

KEARNEY — Home sales numbers have increased since last year, but a Kearney real estate leader says things could be better. Pat Slack, president of the Buffalo County Board of Realtors, said 2010 has been the sixth-best year on record. “It was better than 2009, but not as good as the previous five years prior to 2009,” Slack said. “October was a bad sales month.
