This “amiibo” is actually very common TOMY figure that’s been glued to a stand. Its only saving grace of being hand-made is the NFC chip from Pokémon Rumble U figure that’s been placed inside the stand — although it’ll only work for that game and not Super Smash Bros. It’s got nice box art but seriously, it’s worthless.

While you can see the Nintendo stamp on the side of its tail, the other side says “TOMY– Made in China.” We would know, they actually sent us one. Please, just wait for the real Mewtwo amiibo, or if you’re that desperate for a Mewtwo TOMY, go to Target.
