One of Tony Parker’s homes in Anaqua Springs Ranch is on the market.

And no, it’s not his main residence. So don’t freak out, Spurs fans. His real estate agent says he’s not moving.

Parker is listing this Tuscan-style home for $865,000 with Liz Blue Braden of Keller Williams. It has five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, one half bathroom, a pool, a media room and about 4,556 square feet of space.

There are big views, a dog kennel, dual closets in the master, and one of the secondary bedrooms has its own outside access. The sound system conveys with the home’s speakers.

This is the home where Parker and ex-wife Eva Longoria crashed while building their big house in the neighborhood, which is northwest of Loop 1604 and Interstate 10.

Some people have spare bedrooms. Parker has spare houses.

Parker’s current home – the big one – is nearby and sits on 16.5 acres. According to tax records it has more than 7,700 square feet, a 2,000 square foot guest house, a bathhouse and tennis court. The giant pool is 4,402 square feet. Let that sink in a minute. 4,402 square feet of pool.

If you have a long memory or the Express-News archives at your fingertips, you may recall that Parker in 2009 listed his first home in San Antonio, purchased when he was 19 and a brand-new Spur. That was in the Estates at Champions Run in Stone Oak, and it had a pool,  spa and a half basketball court with the Spurs logo and a Nike swoosh.

And just like when Parker listed that last house, no, you can’t go look at this one, Spurs fans. Unless your bank account has a lot of zeros, and then Braden will be glad to schedule a showing.

The rest of us will just have to enjoy the slideshow.
