The Grays paid $565,000 for the property in Nov. 2005. The 2,661-square-foot home was built in 1969.

Ms. Gray is a realtor and the owner of Urban Realty Group in Orlando. She is also the listing agent.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 14 home sales in Southern Oaks during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $215,000.
