A vacant warehouse in Runcorn town centre is to go under the hammer.

The property on High Street is listed with a guide price of £100,000-£110,000.

It is being marketed by Pugh Co and will go to auction on Thursday, February 25, at the Etihad Stadium, home of Manchester City FC.

Pugh Co said the warehouse comes with planning permission for eight flats and a two-bed house, granted on October 15, and an estimated rental value of £6,600 a year.

The auction house said the property has 256sq m of floor space and a total area of 479sq m.

The warehouse is on the banks of the Bridgewater Canal close to the Wat Phra Singh Buddhist temple.
