The set of Beyoncé’s No Angel film clip, a not-so flawless Melbourne cottage, has been listed for sale by its 82-year-old owner and could have fans check on it at the inspection.

When Queen Bee was spotted at the 20 Beith Street, Brunswick home in October 2013, it was originally thought she was shooting promotional images for her Australian Mrs Carter tour.

But it was later revealed she was dressed in the white leotard and fur coat at the turquoise home to film the clip as part of her secretly produced self-titled album, released December that year without any promotion.

It’s unlikely any divas will want to purchase the two-bedroom weatherboard cottage with peeling paint and tin roof, but independent women could afford the home, listed for between $470,000 and $510,000.

However, it could fetch more thanks to the No Angel film clip, and 82-year-old owner Jeanette Meadows might finally see remuneration after she was paid only $300 by Beyoncé’s entourage, Herald Sun reported.

The opportunity to boost its sale price hasn’t been lost on the Nelson Alexander realtors either, who boasted the ‘charming’ home was ‘most notably the scene of pop megastar Beyoncé’s 2013 No Angel clip’.

But sitting on 140m2, the buyer will need to fork out more than the sale price in restoration costs.

Although the two-bedroom home is to be sold in trendy, up-coming Brunswick in Melbourne's inner-north, for a modest price, the buyer will need to fork out much more on renovating the decrepit home
