Anthony Kiedis has listed his Los Angeles villa for $4.295m, less than two years after he bought it.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman snapped up the three-bed, four-bath home in the summer of 2013 for $3.65m.

The 52-year-old will turn around a tidy $650,000 profit in less than two years if he gets his asking price.

According to property website Trulia, the secluded European-style beauty features a dramatic living room with 14-foot ceilings and French doors, overlooking stunning views of Los Angeles.

Built in 1940, the home also boasts a dining terrace, swimming pool, revamped kitchen, library and lush garden.

Kiedis already owns properties in Las Vegas, Hawaii and Michigan, where he grew up.

The rockstar isn’t giving up entirely on his beloved California – he also owns a beachfront property in Malibu, a short drive away from the Sunset Strip pad.

He was recently spotted there giving a surf lesson to his 22 year-old girlfriend, Wanessa Milhomem.

The Brazilian model is actually a deal older than his previous partner, 20-year-old Australian model Helena Vestergaard, whom the Under The Bridge hitmaker had been dating since she was 18.

Kiedis confirmed the rumous they had split the day before the surfing lesson, when he was snapped making out with his new squeeze at an LA Lakers game at the Staple’s Center.

The Chili Peppers are currently working on the 11th studio album.

In 2007 Anthony lost a home in Malibu to a fire.

He told Interview it was hard seeing the property go up in flames.

‘When I got to my house it was just engulfed in flames,’ he said.

‘It was like a raging fire. So I sat there looking at the house burn and I’ve got to tell you it was kind of a beautiful thing to see.

‘I lived in that home for seven years, and I could see all the memories, everything that I knew from that place, just kind of visually forming into shape, and then disappearing up into the sky.’

He added, ‘It was kind of like how they say you see your life flash before your eyes when you die. It was my life in that house, dissolving. It was a real purging. It felt like the fire was so mighty. Who am I to argue with this power?’
