Let’s hope Susan Lucci has more luck in real estate than she does at the Emmy Awards.

The “All My Children” and Devious Maids” star and her Austrian businessman hubbie Helmut Huber are listing their oceanfront estate in Quogue for $20 million, the Daily News has learned.

They have owned the private 1.4 acre-estate, at 20 Dune Rd., since the 1980s when they bought the land, which at the time housed just a tiny beach shack.

The couple built their 10,622-square-foot shingle-style home, known as “Four Winds,” on the property with the help of famed Hamptons architect Eugene Futterman. This is the first time the seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom residence has been listed for sale.

“When we were building, I had some special requests,” Huber told People magazine last year. “When you walk in the door, I wanted to be able to see the ocean immediately.”

The exterior of the property has turrets and fresh-air porches as well as numerous decks and balconies. It also has a walkway leading directly to the ocean.

The library is designed to look like the inside of a lighthouse tower, with a domed, 35-foot ceiling and a nautical-themed media room.

“My husband and my friends had to convince me of the area,” Lucci, who was famously snubbed for an Emmy 19 times before finally winning, told Hamptons Magazine in 2008 of her move to Quogue. “Looking back, it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done.”

The couple also has a home in Garden City.

Douglas Elliman broker Enzo Morabito, the listing agent for the property along with Aimee Fitzpatrick Martin and Timothy Allen Morabito, declined to comment on Lucci’s reasons for selling.
