Venture outside of major Seattle condominium centers, such as Belltown, Capitol Hill and Ballard, and you’ll find some interesting choices.

Some neighborhoods, such as Alaska Junction in West Seattle, offer lower prices while still being in the center if a vibrant commercial hub. Some, such as Jackson Park, feature larger homes in developments with more grass, and less hustle and bustle. Some, like Green Lake, feature shops, restaurants, parks and trails nearby.
