Over a dozen turn-key commercial enterprises are for sale in Alliston,Beeton and Tottenham – and those are just the ones listed via the MLSweb site.

Want to own and operate a convenience store? For $10,000 Tottenham Milkand Variety Store at 1 Queen Street, or go down the road and take overthe 49er at a selling list price of $125,000. Or, if the completepackage – convenience store, yogurt ice cream franchise, and sixapartment units on top floors – sounds appealing, the former HastyMarket property is for sale, $1.5 million.

There are two opportunities available to operate dry cleaning services,including one of Alliston’s oldest continuous businesses, ArmstrongCleaners at 24 Paris Street, listed for $329,000, that includes itsoutlet inside Walmart.
