@ Robert, great point. We only have five houses for sale in my neighborhood. Two of which have already sold within a month of being listed. Now that the housing market has likely hit bottom, I think a lot of people, who have wanted to sell, are starting to list their properties. Lot’s of buyers have also been sitting on the sidelines. Interest rates are at all time lows it’s time to buy, buy, buy or sell, sell, sell.
I think it’s exciting. We need new faces in Geneva. I’m really hopeful that some young families buy the last three houses listed in my neighborhood. A lot of people probably don’t know about the old Green Willows neighborhood. The houses aren’t huge and the lawns aren’t professionally landscaped but it’s a nice neighborhood.

Geneva is a great place to live. We have an excellent school district, first rate park district, adequate library and city service’s are next to none. Property taxes are in line with comparable communities. If you’re in the market check out our housing stock. You get a lot of bang for your buck in the Fox River Valley and Geneva is the place to buy.
