Patch asked some local realtors to share some information on not-to-be-missed open houses happening in Westfield today and here’s what they’ve come up with:

Frank Isoldi, of Coldwell Banker is hosting an open house from 1 to 4 p.m. at 720 Lawrence Ave. This center hall Colonial is listed at $2.5 million. The six-bedroom home features a two-car garage with an artist’s loft as well as a gourmet kitchen.

“It’s a stunning, award-winning home on a magnificent lot, truly (a) must see,” Isoldi added. 

Sherrie Natko, of Coldwell Banker, will be showing a three-bedroom home at 854 Kimball Ave from 1 to 4 p.m this afternoon. Listed at $839,000, Natko said the Colonial “is deceptively spacious with large rooms and a comtemporary feel.”

The home at 722 Castleman Dr. is located just blocks from Washington Elementary School and features many updates to the kitchen and bathroom. An open house will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. The Colonial is listed at $639,900.

On the market less than one week, the three-bedroom, three-bath home at 825 Tice Pl. will be shown between 1 and 5 p.m. today. The home is listed at $619,000.
