Unfortunately, due to poor ticket sales, the event was cancelled. Organizers announced on their website. People who bought their tickets at a participating restaurant can receive a full refund there. THose who purchased tickets online will receive, if they had not already, an email from the ticket management company with details regarding the refund to their credit or debit account

According to the Manayunk Summer Classic website, the list of beers came from around the world; from Norway to Belgium and even Japan. These offerings would been paired with tasty morsels all along Main Street from Lucky’s Last Chance to Manayunk Brewery and Restaurant.
The proceeds of this event would have benefited Philabundance and Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society. The event was organized by the Belvedere Business Group. Sponsors included The Manayunk Development Corporation, Victory Brewing, Philadelphia Distilling Company, Capogiro, Wired 96.5 FM, and Parkway.
