$1 million could buy five-bedroom home

We’ve been talking about the change in the market regarding the number of homes for sale or, the “inventory”. This week we’re going to keep it simple.

We pulled numbers from the same time last year and are including the number so you can get an idea of where we were and where we are.



Last year, the total number of “properties available” (homes for sale) in Brea was 81 and in La Habra it was 192. Just compare that with the numbers below. If you’ve ever thought of selling your home, now would be a great time.
