• CLEAR LAKE — Adults and teens are invited to discuss the 2011
All Iowa Reads selection, “Sing Them Home” by Stephenie Kallos, at
7 p.m. at the Clear Lake Public Library.

• HAMPTON — The Hampton Municipal Band will perform at 8 p.m. in
the parking lot on the east side of the courthouse.

• HAMPTON — The Franklin County Farmers Market is open 5-7 p.m.
in Main Street Square, at the corner of First Avenue Northwest and
First Street Northwest.

• MASON CITY — The North Iowa Farmers Market is open from 3 to 6
p.m. at the Kmart parking lot on Iowa Highway 122 East.

• RUDD — The Eden Presbyterian Church, located six miles north
of Rudd or five miles south of Highway 9 on blacktop T26, will hold
its annual ice cream social from 5 to 7:30 p.m.  Items from SERRV
will be for sale.
