The former office of pediatrician Earl B. Bradley near Lewes is scheduled for sheriff’s sale in May.

Bradley owes almost $70,000 to Delaware National Bank for the former BayBees Pediatrics office at 18259 Coastal Highway.

The sale is scheduled for May 17 and is listed on the Sussex County government website. Attorney Robert G. Gibbs, who represents the bank, confirmed it is Bradley’s property.

Bradley’s office has been empty since his December 2009 arrest, when he was charged with sexually assaulting more than 103 children over a 10-year period. Police say his youngest victim was 3 months old. Videos allegedly show Bradley, 57, raping girls and shouting commands at them.

The office has twice been the target of burglaries.

In October, TV monitors, a stoplight, power tools, an air nailer and portable air conditioner were stolen. Two men were charged.

Earlier this month, a couple and an accomplice were arrested after computer monitors, a pair of swords, two photo viewers and Disney collectible figurines were taken.

Jury selection in Bradley’s trial is scheduled to begin June 1. The trial will take place in New Castle County after both sides agreed to a venue change.
