Boy Scout Troop No. 425 of Minot will hold its 14th Annual Pancake and Sausage Breakfast fundraiser: 8 a.m. to noon, Congregational United Church of Christ, 430 N. Broadway, east doors. Advance tickets are $4 per person. Tickets at the door will be $5. Children ages 5 and younger may eat for free. Proceeds will be used for summer camp and troop campouts. The Minot Association of Builders will present its 36th Annual Home Garden Show: Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., North Dakota State Fair Center, State Fairgrounds, Minot. Seminars will be held both days.
Free weekly soup kitchen (breakfast): 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., Congregational United Church of Christ basement, east door, 430 N. Broadway.
Taube Museum of Art’s Art Ala Carte Saturdays, an all-you-can-eat lunch, including dessert and a beverage, combined with children’s art activities: Lunch will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sloppy joes will be served March 5. The cost is $6 for members and $8 for nonmembers and $5 for children ages 10 and younger. The children’s art activities are open to children of all ages but a lunch ticket must be purchased to participate in the art activities. The lunch may be paid for at the door.
The Mouse River Players will present the family show “Willy Wonka”: Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m., Arlene Theater, 115-1st St. SE. Admission is $12 for adults, $10 for children under 10 or by season ticket. Call 1-866-667-1977 for reservations.
The Minot High School-Central Campus Playmakers will present William Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”: Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m., Central Campus Auditorium. No reservations are required for general admisison seating at $6 for adults and $4 for students.
